30. Take a trip on a narrow boat
I fancy a trip in an old fashioned narrow boat as it looks peaceful and fun.

This is a challenge to try and eat as healthy as possible, but on a very strict budget of just £15 for the week.

I am not a bike rider, so this will be a bit of a challenge. A bonus is I do actually own a bike, so I guess that’s a good start!

A work colleague and I took on the challenge to complete the NHS couch to 5k. We’ve had our ups and downs with the training, but we are committing to complete a 5k race.

Just thought this would be a kind gesture for a stranger to receive this as a surprise. This will be done anonymously though.
